DUI SCREENING

The DUI Screening is an assessment tool used to determine hours of education, treatment or both you will be required to complete. After being arrested for suspicion of a DUI the MVD requires a DUI Screening (ARS 28-1385) to meet state requirements. The results of the screening and the recommended number of hours of education, treatment or both are sent to the courts. Once the courts have the recommended number of hours, they expect the offender to complete those hours.

Arizona DUI Services will conduct your screening electronically through a video chat feature which connects you to your Screener. To complete your Alcohol and Drug Screening you will need an internet connection and a smart device/computer with a camera function.
