With 16 years of licensed independent substance abuse counseling, ten years of teaching, and nine years of online education experience Arizona DUI Services is qualified to offer accommodating, affordable, and convenient DUI Alcohol and Drug Screenings, Revocation Evaluations,16 Hour DUI Education and 20 or 36 Hours of DUI Treatment to anyone anywhere in the state of Arizona. Arizona DUI Services is not a treatment facility so there is no intake process saving you time and money. Your Alcohol and Drug Screening and Revocation Evaluation will be completed online through a video conference function which connects you to your Screener. By completing the DUI Screening online you get to choose the day, time and location to complete your screening. To utilize our Alcohol and Drug Screening, Revocation, Education or Treatment program you will need a desktop, laptop, tablet or smart device with a camera function and an internet connection. Once you have completed your service(s) Arizona DUI Services will immediately report it to the MVD, the appropriate court and email you a copy of the MVD confirmation and your certificate of completion. REVOCATION

When your driver licenses has been revoked for previous driving offenses your license will not be immediately reinstated once you have met the restricted time line. The MVD requires that everybody applying for reinstatement complete an evaluation with a Licensed Substance Abuse Counselor. Arizona DUI Services will work with you to complete the required substance abuse evaluation to finalize your Revocation application which can lead to the restoration of your driving privileges. With Arizona DUI Services you complete your Revocation process entirely online making the Revocation evaluation simple and fast. 16 HOUR DUI EDUCATION ONLINE

Level 1 and Level 2 DUI’s require 16 hours of education. Our online 16 Hour DUI Education course meets the Arizona Department of Health Services and MVD’s requirements. Our online option allows you to complete your court ordered education at your convenience with 24-hour access to your classes. DUI SCREENING

After being pulled over for a DUI the first step in getting your license back and on the road legally is your Alcohol and Drug Screening. Arizona DUI Services will conduct your screening electronically through a video chat feature which connects you to your Screener. REVOCATION & DUI SCREENING

20 HOUR DUI TREATMENT

Level 1 DUI Offenders can be asked to complete 20 Hours of DUI Treatment either by the MVD or by the courts. Our 20 Hour Treatment meets the Arizona Department of Health Services and MVD’s requirements. Our 20 Hour Treatment option allows you to complete your court ordered education at your convenience with 24-hour access to program. 36 HOUR DUI TREATMENT

Completing a DUI Alcohol and Drug screening will determine if, according to Arizona Department of Health Services guidelines, you are a Level 1 DUI Offender. If you are designated as a Level 1 DUI offender you will be recommended to complete 36 Hours of DUI Treatment. With 24- hour access to our 36 Hour Treatment program you can complete the 36 Hour treatment at your convenience.
